Getting the hardware is easy

The hardware earned can very quickly get into several thousands of dollars value. You can even mix and match your awards from among valuable peripherals such as flash drives, external hard drives, LCD monitors, workgroup printers, video cameras and projectors.

There are three easy steps to get your hardware:

  1. Work with your PC Builder to put together a bid for a new PC solution.
    Find a PC Builder in our list of eligible partners.
  2. Purchase 10 or more qualifying PCs before September 30, 2010 and ask your PC Builder to activate the purchase within 7 days. Qualifying PCs are preinstalled with Genuine Windows 7 Professional or Windows 7 Ultimate.
  3. We validate your purchase, then send you an email message with a code you can use in the Redemption Store to select your FREE hardware.

    When you visit the store you can select hardware from all the options we have available. You can even mix and match hardware based on the number of PCs you bought. After you're done, your hardware ships to you at no charge - even shipping is free! Your hardware code is valid for 60 days after you receive it, or until October 31, 2010 - whichever comes sooner.

*While supplies last. Offer available to accredited education, state & local government (U.S. only), and healthcare institutions that purchase a minimum of 10 PCs preinstalled with a qualified U.S. version of genuine Windows 7 Ultimate or genuine Windows 7 Professional in the United States from an eligible partner between April 1, 2010 and September 30, 2010. Redemption of this offer is available beginning April 1, 2010 with an expiration date of 60 days from date of receipt of redemption code or October 31, 2010, whichever is sooner. Offer is available only to purchases that were entered into the reservation system by the sales manager and activated within 7 days of the purchase. Offer excludes systems purchased from major computer original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and those purchasers redeeming outside of the United States.
